Mils Hire New Coach

The Melville Millionaires are proud to announce that Bric Steed will be the head coach of the Mils this summer. Bric is the Assistant Coach at Paris Jr College, Texas and enters his first year with the Dragons after spending the summer as head coach for the Dallas Stars baseball organization.

1st Round Playoff Dates Set

Mills Schedule Change

On Thursday June 16, 2011 the Millionaires will host the Weyburn Beavers in a double header with first pitch starting at 6:05. This will make up for the power outage that occurred June 3rd.

Home Opener Delayed

The Melville Millionaires Baseball Team home opener has been delayed to Friday June 3 due to the poor weather last night. The opponent will be the Weyburn Beavers. The family pack pricing of $10 will still be in effect. The beer gardens and canteen will be open at 6:30.

The Millionaires have also rescheduled last nights rained out game against Moose Jaw. It will be played Monday June 6 at 7:05.

Another season of Melville Millionaires baseball is set to start and the brass for the club are expecting a solid season.

Update on this summers Melville Millionaires

Iowa Central earns #3 seed in Iowa Community college athletic conference. The championship takes place May 12-16th and is home to Canadian Allen Rimer.

After a wild and hectic weekend of close baseball games, the seedings have been set for the WVIAC Tournament, which will take place May 12-15. Wheeling Jesuit earns 3rd seed in the North Division. Wheeling Jesuit is home to Canadian Pitcher Brenden Gillies.
